Seating Formula

Cocktail		Dinner
stand up	5-6 sq.ft./person	using banquet tables	10 sq.ft./person
some seated	8 sq.ft./person	using round tables	12 sq.ft./person
		row seating	6 sq.ft./person

Never more then 50% of the people dance at any given time. Each couple requires nine square feet of dance floor. If you have a party of 200 people (100 couples) you will need 450 square feet of dance floor.
